In 9 octombrie 2017 am avut ocazia de a intalni 4 membri ai Knesset - Parlamentul Israelian.

Fiecare oaspete s-a prezentat si a facut o scurta introducere a activitatii sale, elevii fiind profund impresionati si entuziasmati de cele aflate.

Sorry, you have not enough rights to view this image.

Sorry, you have not enough rights to view this image.

Statul Israel s-a născut.

The meeting with the Israeli delegates from Knesset was a wonderful experience for the students of the Lauder-Reut Educational Complex; we were able to learn, firsthand, about diplomacy and about the lives of the experienced diplomats we met. Students had the opportunity to interact with the diplomats and take their first steps in diplomacy in the case of our newest additions, and older students had the chance to hone their skills further.

Several students of our school also had the chance to present our curriculum and our previous experiences gained throughout our tenure here; moreover, we were also able to speak to them in Hebrew, and ensure a better conversation and to also make them feel more "like home".

All in all, the experience itself was very rewarding due to the amount of information we were able to comprehend in regards to the diplomatic field, and what it means to be a diplomat.
